Hey there! Are you excited for your upcoming trip to Pismo Coast Village RV Resort? We certainly are! We just wanted to remind you to check out our latest FAQ’s to see if we’ve already answered any questions you might have. We’ve compiled a list of the most commonly asked questions to make sure you have all the information you need before you arrive. Except for July arrivals, public reservations can be made starting the first day of the sixth month prior to the month in which you want to arrive. (i.e. on May 1, you can make any reservation starting in November.)  For July arrivals, reservations can be made starting on January 2. Pismo Coast Village shareholders should refer to their Shareholder Information Manual for reservation procedures.

All guests are welcome to let our reservations staff know which sites or areas they would prefer (or not prefer) when making a reservation please view our resort map found here, and we will do our very best to accommodate your requests. However, requests are not guaranteed, and you will not find out your site number until the time you arrive at the resort.

No, but each site can have one dome tent, no larger than 8 feet square by 7 feet high, up overnight (between 5:00pm and 10:00am), adjacent to the RV, to help provide extra sleeping space.

A maximum of three vehicles including the primary RV may occupy one site at any time, when site size permits, and all three must be parked clear of the paved road and grass. Any non RV trailer will be required to be stored at the resort’s secured lot for an additional fee of $5.00 per night.

Yes, we have three pedestrian beach accesses from the resort right onto Pismo State Beach. However, currently Pismo Creek is flowing along the resort and it may be necessary to walk around the lagoon a significant distance to the south to get to the ocean.

We can accommodate any RV up to 45 feet in length, although we have very few sites longer than 40 feet.  If your RV is longer than 40 feet, we strongly recommend reserving as far in advance as possible.

Pismo Coast Village Resort is located directly on the beautiful Pacific coast with direct access to Pismo State Beach. Since the King Tides in January, the Resorts three pedestrian beach accesses allow our guests to walk directly to the Ocean waters edge. Our backyard is comprised of 17-miles of public beachfront providing endless horizons of soft, golden sand for a wide range of outdoor recreational activities, from fishing to swimming and surfing. Bonfires are permitted on the beach, so you can roast marshmallows, make s'mores while enjoying the brilliant pink and orange sunset over the ocean.

Yes, we are pleased to offer our guests complimentary high-speed internet access. We also have a computer with internet access and a printer for guest use in our Accounting Office lobby, which is open from 8:00am to 4:30pm daily. To learn more about it, please click here.

No. Skateboards, roller skates, roller blades, and gas-powered scooters cannot be used within the resort.

Yes, up to three well-mannered and attended pets are welcome per site. Please be courteous to those around you, and please remember to pick up after your pets. Owners are responsible for their pets’ actions, and any animals acting in a dangerous or aggressive manner will need to be removed from the resort. Thank you!

Of course! Deposits are refundable, subject to a $10.00 cancellation fee, with at least a ten day notice prior to your arrival. There is also a $10.00 fee for all date changes.

Pismo Coast Village Resort offers 53 channels, including local networks and popular sports programming such as ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNEWS, ESPNU, Golf Channel, and NFL Sunday Ticket. To receive our entire channel line-up, guests' televisions must be Mpeg 3+ compatible. Televisions not Mpeg 3 or higher compatible may receive only limited channels or channels with sound but no picture.  Televisions purchase since 2014 should be compatible, please reference your model guide.  For older televisions, a Converter Analog to Digital Box is required.  They are available for purchase in the General Store.
