Annual Meeting

Welcome shareholders of Pismo Coast Village RV Resort

President's Message

Greetings to our shareholders from Pismo Coast Village. It is my honor to serve you in the position of Board President this year, and I want to thank Garry Nelson for his insight and leadership in this position for the last two years. His service has been greatly appreciated.

Many changes have taken place over the past few months including the resignation of  long-time Board member, Dennis Hearne in September and the election of new Board member, Suzanne Colvin in November to take his place. The Board works diligently throughout the year along with staff to make Pismo Coast Village RV Resort a beautiful place for guests to make lasting memories and build strong friendships; a place to relax and have fun away from the stresses of everyday life; and where all feel welcomed. We strive to provide a genuine RV vacation experience for all our shareholders and visitors alike. Pismo Coast Village RV Resort is a premier family destination and leader in the outdoor hospitality industry.

In 2023, the industry will continue to normalize from record high years but will remain strong. Occupancy trends are now comparable to pre-covid numbers and booking patterns which are consistent. Upgrades and improvements are planned for several areas of the Resort including reliable technology, updated facilities, and engaging amenities.

As we move forward in 2023, I anticipate another successful and rewarding year. I want to thank all the Pismo Coast Village management and staff for their hard work and dedication. Their quick responses and collaboration efforts, especially during the recent significant storms that impacted the Resort, should be commended. They help to maintain the Resort in excellent condition and constantly demonstrate their commitment to both the Company and our guests. Working alongside the Board, we will continue to provide an outstanding travel destination where family and friends can carry on the tradition of making RV memories that last for generations.

Thank you,
George Pappi
