Welcome to the previous version of the Pismo Coast Village RV Resort documents. We have updated our documents page so you can find all of the necessary documents you need. Please visit the link below.

Because you are Shareholders of the company, it is important to us to stay in contact with you and keep you informed. From booking reservations to transferring ownership of your share to finding out what happened at the last Board meeting, we have materials and information to help you.

Corporate Chronicle Spring/Summer 2021: PCV’s bi-annual newsletter for Shareholders, the Corporate Chronicle will steer you toward relevant shareholder information online, take you down memory lane, inform you about PCV happenings, and provide you with news you can use.

Shareholder Information Manual for 2022 or 2023: The Shareholder Information Manual contains Resort rules and regulations and the 2022 and 2023 reservations calendars to help you book your stays at the Resort. A color-coded map is also available to see if your preferred sites are long enough for your RV.

The Basics of PCV Share Transfers: If you would like to transfer ownership of your share or sell your share, the Corporate Office can help. This brochure gives you an overview of the process. Give the Corporate Office a call to request the paperwork and ask any questions.

Shareholder Contact Information form: We strive to maintain a current Shareholder database. As a publicly owned company, we are required to notify Shareholders about the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting and provide you with Proxy materials. We also use your contact information to mail our bi-annual newsletter, the Corporate Chronicle. Please help us keep your contact information up to date by contacting the Corporate Office directly or by completing and returning our Shareholder Contact Information form when any of your information changes.*

Certificate of Family Form: Shareholders can give immediate family members the ability to use any portion of their free days. Please complete and return our Certificate of Family form if you would like to extend this benefit to your spouse, registered domestic partner, brothers, sisters, parents, in-laws, children, and grandchildren.

Computershare: Since July 30, 2007, Computershare Trust Company, N.A. (“Computershare”) has served as the transfer agent and registrar for Pismo Coast Village. Computershare issues share certificates to Pismo Coast Village shareholders and maintains a database of our shareholders information and stock certificate history. If you receive documents other than a share certificate from Computershare and have questions regarding those documents, please feel free to contact PCV Corporate Office for assistance.

Board of Directors’ Meeting Minutes: The Board meets every other month on the third Saturday of the month (except during November – then it meets on the second Saturday). If you weren’t able to attend the last Board meeting, you can read the Minutes.

Your comments and suggestions are important to us. We look forward to hearing from you.

*Pismo Coast Village does not sell its Shareholder mailing list or otherwise provide your personal information to any third parties other than our transfer agent, Computershare Trust Company.
